The account service team at ThreeSixtyEight includes marketers that are responsible for driving growth in our clients’ and ThreeSixtyEight’s business. We are strategic business partners for our clients and we are the catalyst and connective tissue for uncommon work across departments and capabilities at the agency.
Role Description (essence of the role)
ThreeSixtyEight believes that true account leadership isn’t defined only by the ability to communicate. We are not ‘accounts people’. True account leadership requires strategic and consultative thinking. We believe client trust is gained through effective client interaction and strong project management, but true client growth is gained through a deep understanding of your client partner’s business and the ways that our agency can enable their business’s growth. The ideal individual has a passion for our industry and the capabilities we have as a full-service creative agency. We would like someone who isn’t afraid to be close to the work. An account director should be an equal part business partner, strategic marketer, connector, entrepreneur, and trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, goal-driven professional, looking to further their own career and education with constant innovation. They are comfortable in the ever-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment of the creative industry. They are open to bringing new ideas to their clients, leadership, and team to continuously evolve. They are great communicators with a sense of empathy for their team and their clients. They have the ability to find unique solutions that work for TSE and our clients/partners.
