Our search to expand our Accounts team is in the preliminary stages as we await the award of a few projects. This job opening is in an effort to get ahead of the new and exciting work we know is in our future so that we can best service our clients. So that we can align expectations, an employment offer won't be extended until those projects come to fruition (expected to be at the end of June).

Job description. 

The Project Manager will work alongside Account Managers to arrange project schedules, resources, people, and information and ensure clear communication to project teams. They will assist in overseeing all of the moving parts of the project to ensure that it stays on schedule and within budget. The project manager will participate in communication with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a satisfactory project. 

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person. They’re thinking about the smallest details while also considering how all the pieces work together in the big picture. They can stay organized and efficient while juggling assignments for multiple accounts and consistently produce high-quality work. The project manager must be able to adapt to constantly changing dynamics and handle multitasking like a pro. And finally, our project manager brings a willingness to help, a mind for detail, and a passion for organization.

In this role, you will contribute to large-scale campaigns for major national and regional brands, create experiences for emerging technologies, and work on impactful projects for start-ups and local organizations. 

Reports to. 

Director of Operations and Account Manager(s) (indirectly)


  • Demonstrated passion for technology and marketing and their use in driving revenue, client satisfaction. and efficiency
  • Flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) 
  • Demonstrated experience in helping to uncover marketing and business needs
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients
  • A demonstrated passion for and basic understanding of advertising, branding, and design of how to leverage each to achieve marketing goals
  • A creative + strategic thinker with capabilities to support the development of innovative campaigns
  • Ongoing tracking and knowledge of industry and brand best practices
  • Recommended Education: Bachelors or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or related discipline 
  • 2–3 years experience in a marketing agency environment is an asset
