ThreeSixtyEight is growing, and we’re looking for a Media Strategist to join our team. Our media strategists are natural leaders who come up with big, original ideas that
challenge industry norms. They are a rare breed, living between big ideas and technical analytics, pairing sly communication with rock solid data. Our strategists love the media world and aren't afraid to do it all. They are highly organized, and communicate their ideas clearly, inspiring both clients and team members to bring campaigns to life.
The role of the media strategist is a dual role at the company. The primary role entails building, coordinating, and optimizing ad campaigns that meet our clients’ goals. Campaigns may include traditional and digital media, as well as brand activations, custom partnerships, and other uncommon opportunities – essentially any touchpoint between a brand and its audience. We’re looking for a strategist who is unafraid to venture into the unknown and find or build what they need to execute the best campaign possible. They should be comfortable assimilating quickly into new verticals – our clients range from international B2B to local nonprofits – and feel comfortable finding the nuance in each. Finally, the ideal candidate should feel comfortable working with data and actively surface the stories behind the numbers.
Another portion of the time will be dedicated toward executing these same initiatives internally for ThreeSixtyEight, ensuring that we continue to improve our valued brand position.

This is a remote-friendly position with the expectation for working hours of about 8:30-5:30 CT. The candidate should be open to occasional travel as needed.
