Role Description (essence of the role)

An Account Manager at ThreeSixtyEight is primarily responsible for the internal management and coordination of a determined set of accounts and projects. They will lead their team including production team members and project management staff to ensure that all accounts/projects are progressing in a positive manner. They will be the key contact and liaison between the project team and the client. The AM will assist in overarching marketing and client strategy to ensure that our team achieves the goals set forth at the outset of the relationships. This role works in tandem with account leadership and all other departments to meet the KPIs of their client partner accounts.

They are comfortable in the ever-changing and sometimes ambiguous environment of the creative industry. They are open to bringing new ideas to their clients, leadership, and team to continuously evolve. They are great communicators with a sense of empathy for their team and their clients. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue Billed - billable hours collected for work performed.
  • Account Growth -  target goal is assigned by the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Client Happiness by consistently managing client expectations, thorough client communication and delivering top-notch customer service and high quality deliverables. This is measured by a monthly client survey.
  • Project scope estimating and profitability - being able to accurately scope incoming work and making sure the work is profitable.

  • Associates degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar account management role or digital marketing capacity in an agency environment and/or marketing organization.
