A Managing Creative Director at ThreeSixtyEight is a seasoned creative leader who drives teams to do the best, most fulfilling work of their lives. They are born storytellers and secret strategists who work closely with clients and teams to ensure that every brief sparks insightful creative outputs that advance the client’s mission. They are intent listeners who transform complex challenges (both big and small) into wildly inspiring ideas. Our CDs are responsible for overseeing all creative outputs produced by ThreeSixtyEight, championing work that aligns with our point of view. The CD also serves to inspire and manage the entire creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and designers.
The creative director should have a keen understanding of brand strategy + creative development. They should cultivate a powerful + meaningful relationship with the Director of Strategy. A strong connection between strategy + creative will lead to engaging work that actually works - growing the client’s brand while bolstering the agency’s reputation and book of business. In short, our Managing Creative Director splits their time elevating their team - and their team’s work - to its greatest potential.
ThreeSixtyEight is a growing agency, so every team member works on multiple accounts and is asked to juggle many responsibilities.
